7′ X 9′ Shire Casita Wooden Summer House Including Veranda (2.16m X 2.72m)

The Shire Casita Wooden Summerhouse is a charming summerhouse with its own veranda.

The 7×7 summerhouse (9×7 including the depth of the veranda) features strong 12mm shiplap cladding, a tongue and groove boarded floor and an OSB roof with felt covering.

The 2 Georgian style windows open to provide both light and ventilation to the interior. The solid door is fitted with a hasp and staple ready for a padlock (padlock not included). The veranda offers further sheltered space as well as adding to the beautiful style of the summer house.

This summer house is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this garden building. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the shed. As a dip-treated shed, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so. The colour of this stain is called “gold” which is an orangey-yellow.
