HIGH-QUALITY MODULAR DESIGN AND BUILD

This premium summer house is constructed in the UK from traditional 7mm straight-cut, overlapping boards, which allow for the natural movement of the timber and aid efficient rainwater run-off. Including a 28mm frame, this summerhouse’s modular design means it comes with smaller panels but far more timber, making for an easier assembly and exceptionally sturdy build.

FLOOR AND ROOF

The floor is built from 14mm solid timber boards, which can bear far more weight than standard OSB flooring. Pressure-treated bearers allow air to circulate underneath the summerhouse, protecting this key area from dampness and rot.

The 8mm solid sheet apex roof includes a premium mineral felt cover for complete weatherproof protection. A diamond-shaped finial nicely rounds off this beautiful wooden summerhouse’s extremely attractive appearance.

VERANDA, DOORS AND WINDOWS

Access to the summerhouse is gained via the veranda, which is partially enclosed by 2 balustrades. The wide double doors offer easy access to the interior. They are fitted with handles, an internal bolt, exterior turn buttons and 3/4-length windows. Together with the 4 large, fixed windows, they provide the interior with an abundance of natural light. All of the glazing is acrylic, which is lightweight, shatterproof and far safer than conventional glass.

TREATMENT AND GUARANTEE

The timber used to construct this summer house is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is then pressure treated and supplied with a fantastic 25-year anti-rot guarantee, so no further treatment is required, saving time and money.

Clear instructions and a full set of fixings are included for a straightforward assembly.
